Sindh Police's Traffic Plan ahead of Zardari arrival
KARACHI: Ahead of former president and co-chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari’s arrival in the city on Friday the Sindh Police Traffic Department has issued details of diversions that can be in place across the town.
According to details obtainable with Geo News, seven Senior Superintendents of Police (SSP) in conjunction with 950 Traffic Police personnel are deployed.
DIG Traffic Asif Aijaz tribal sheik aforementioned the road leading from Terminal one to Star Gate would be closed for traffic in light-weight of the PPP rally, adding that solely individuals attending the rally and journalists would be allowed to travel to the world selected for the rally.
Route to and from airdrome

Those travel from the airdrome is allowed to depart "after a public address of VVIP/VIPs, dignitaries and their departure" from the subsequent routes.
Shahrah-e-Faisal towards Saddar, Cantt, Clifton.
National road Quaidabad forwards, to Landhi.
Karsaz road (H.I.R. road) towards Liaquatabad.
Rashid Minhas road towards Gulshan.
Expressway towards Korangi.
